Inspired by: I have many inspirations, first I'd like to name Γlyse Lambert and VΓ©ronique Rivest, two of our greatest sommeliers in QuΓ©bec and Canada. π€© Enrico Bernardo, past Best Sommelier of the World, I remember watching a clip on YouTube that really, really inspired me, him working in Paris and also travelling through Spain. But I think, for many of us - GΓ©rard Basset, he is the greatest of all time, he achieved everything someone could achieve in this world of wine, he's my biggest inspiration. π
