On May 2, the results of the 2019 ASI Diploma exams were officially announced, with 49 of 68 candidates passing the test. 15 obtained a gold-level diploma, 31 silver and 3 bronze. Congratulations to all our new ASI sommeliers!
Since the inception of the program, there have been a total of 68 gold level, 173 silver level and 3 Bronze diplomas issued, for a total of 244 candidates certified by ASI in 32 countries. ASI Diploma exams are supervised by the Certification Exam Committee, headed by director Giuseppe Vaccarini (Italy) and coordinator Michèle Aström Chantôme (Morocco), with logistics by Alberto Merico (Italy). Other committee members are Saiko Tamura Soga (Japan), Edwin Raben (Netherlands) and Jean-Vincent Ridon (South Africa).
