ASI has been the target of a cyber attack that resulted in the diversion of funds via falsified invoices and email compromise. While the situation is under legal and technical review, our priority is to maintain the continuity of ASI’s core mission: supporting young sommeliers through world-class education and competition.
To safeguard the future of our upcoming events—including:
- Best Sommelier of Asia & Pacific (Kuala Lumpur, September 2025)
- Best Sommelier of the World (Portugal, October 2026)
- Bootcamp Americas (2026)
—we have launched Support ASI campaign to help recover lost funds and stabilise our operations.
How Can You Help //
We kindly ask for your support in the key areas:
1. Make a Donation (if you wish):

One-time and recurring donations are both welcomed. All funds will go directly to ASI and be used exclusively to support our global sommellerie programs.
2. Share the Campaign with Your Network:

Grids & Tutorials
The ASI Grids and Tutorials are two sides of the same coin. Drawing from a shared base of information, they structure their lessons either in writing (Grids) or as video clips (Tutorials) to ensure that no learner is left behind.
The development of these channels is the fruit of a massive effort by ASI’s committees : Exam&Education and Sommelier Contest Committees.
Bootcamp
The aim of the Bootcamp is to provide sommeliers from around the world with a high quality, intensive 3 days of masterclasses, workshops and tastings.
