With France hosting the Best Sommelier of the World this year (and first time in more than 30 years, imagine!), we decided to pay tribute to the French cuisine.
There are, of course, many many French dishes, that pop up in your mind when you think about the French gastronomy... But certainly, the tartare will be in everyone's top 5 😉
There are at least a dozen of recipes, all claiming to be as original as possible - we are sure you came by a list of the best tartares in France once in your life at least! And many Parisian bistrots are claiming to serve the one and only... Maybe the guests of the contest will do their own search for the best and only during the week of the Best Sommelier of the World in Paris, who knows! 😃
We will not be challenging the recipe and its authenticity today, as in fact it is a simple dish with simple ingredients (see the image) that create a beautiful symphony all coming together. 😋
