S.Pellegrino launches the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy

The new S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy promotes change, sustainability and inclusivity around the world. The Academy is a long-term engagement platform where talented and passionate young chefs can meet the most influential members of the gastronomy world. Building around its well-established S.Pellegrino Young Chef cooking competition, the Academy puts education at the core of its program. The focus is on inclusivity, where youth meets experience to forge the next generation of visionary talents wanting to make a difference in gastronomy worldwide.

Some renowned members of the global culinary community were shaped by the S.Pellegrino Young Chef journey and will now share their precious expertise within the Academy. The list includes Enrico Bartolini, Massimo Bottura, Manu Buffara, Andreas Caminada, Mauro Colagreco, Gavin Kaysen, Clare Smyth and the Editor-In-Chief of Fine Dining Lovers Ryan King. The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy will also be supported by a selection of prestigious partners, including ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, Google, Facebook and Fondazione Altagamma.
