Wineally, a consumer webapp and business system from the Swedish company Fine Wine Club International, simplifies buying wine by recommending the best available wine in the restaurants, wine shops or supermarkets. Its suggestions are based on a variety of factors, including the guest’s choice of dish and/or personal wine preferences and the best profitability for the house. In this way, both restaurant and guest win: the restaurant profitability is automatically optimized, while each wine is presented in the most favorable way.
For sommeliers, Wineally is an excellent tool for persuading guests to try more expensive wines. It also acts as the sommelier’s extended arm, providing tableside help for waiters and offering integrated time savers such as a digital wine cellar, inventory management, supplier-independent purchasing and a dashboard with great overview of sales and the wine cellar.
